This method combines stretching and bending techniques, requires low operating power, and corrects the flatness of the floor support plate. The flatness can even be raised to about 100 times, and the tension generated by the roller tensioning device of the straightening machine on the steel strip is generally 15% to 25% of the yield stress, and 0.002% of the appropriate elongation of the steel strip. Adjusting the elongation of the steel strip according to the size of the sickle bend can correct the shape defects of the actinide strip, and the operation is relatively simple

After the floor bearing plate leaves the hot rolling mill and before further cold rolling, it is generally necessary to acid wash the carbon steel and stainless steel coils. Jiezhong straightening is used in many modern pickling lines to improve the flatness of floor slabs, reduce warping, and facilitate scale breaking. In order to improve the efficiency of pickling, we often place the straightening machine at the receiving end of the pickling line to remove some iron scales. The actual effect of the flatness of the floor support plate during the acid washing process is mainly to effectively pass through the plate and reduce the noise of the strip steel

For large-span floor slabs designed as two-way slabs, the thickness of the floor slab and the diameter of the steel bars in the truss floor support slab can be increased; A temporary support can also be set up in the middle of the span, which can save the amount of steel bars and reduce the cost
