Product composition

Top chord reinforcement, bottom chord reinforcement, web reinforcement, bottom formwork, and support reinforcement.

Material parameters

1. Upper and lower chord steel bars: using three-level hot-rolled spiral steel bars HRB400E and HPB300;

2. Web reinforcement: Cold rolled round steel bars made of HRB400 hot-rolled spiral steel bars or CRB550 steel bars with equivalent performance are used;

3. Making horizontal bars: The vertical bars are made of three-level hot-rolled spiral steel bars HRB400E and HPB300;

4. Bottom mold steel plate: Q235 cold-rolled steel plate or galvanized steel plate of not less than S250GD+Z grade, with a galvanizing amount of not less than 120g/m2 on both sides.
