Procurement quality, installation process

Visual inspection: The flatness of the plate should be less than 3mm, and there should be no obvious unevenness or distortion. The galvanized layer should be greater than 120g/, and there should be no scratches, scratches, or residual Erbao welding slag. The solder joints should be solid. The surface should be free of contaminants that would interfere with cement setting.

The construction process of floor decking is roughly as follows: elastic line → board cleaning → lifting → board laying → cutting → pressing → side welding → end welding → leaving holes → blocking → acceptance → studs → laying reinforcement → burying Pieces→Pouring→Conservation. Of course, so many processes are inseparable from good labor organization. The following processes can also be handled separately according to the actual situation on site.  Labor organizations should be divided into two groups,

The first group is responsible for transporting materials, including cleaning and unloading, until the floor decking is accurately lifted to the construction site according to the construction progress, and there are 5 people including the crane;

The second group is responsible for laying, including laying reinforcements, cutting, installing, and leaving holes. Each group of three people is responsible for one section, and four groups work at the same time on the same operating level. When the next process is tying steel bars and pouring concrete, special personnel should be assigned to strengthen the maintenance of the laid floor decking. The specific method is:

(1) First, pop up the center line of the steel beam in the paving area. The center line of the main beam is the control line for the fixed position of laying floor decking. The center line of the main beam controls the overlap width of the floor deck and the steel beam, and determines the location of the penetration welding between the floor deck and the steel beam. The centerline of the secondary beam will determine where the penetration weld studs will be welded. Since it is difficult to observe the specific position of the secondary beam flange after the floor decking is laid, the center line of the secondary beam and the width of the secondary beam flange should be rebounded on the center line of the main beam. When fixing the bolts, the center line of the secondary beam and the width of the secondary beam flange should be adjusted. Then it bounces back to the floor deck on the secondary beam surface.

(2) Clear out the layered partitions of floor decking boards at the stocking site according to the material list, and indicate the number. Clearly distinguish the layers, areas, and numbers, mark them with a marker, and accurately transport them to the designated construction site.

(3) Use special soft slings when lifting to ensure that the floor decking panels do not deform as a whole and do not curl locally. Multi-story steel structures generally use a 3-story one-column installation process. (Needless to say, single-story structures) When installing floor decking, it should be constructed simultaneously with the steel structure columns and beams, and there should be at least a 3-story difference. Therefore, when lifting the floor deck slab, the sleeves can only be inserted between the beams and columns on the upper floor, and the lifting work should be controlled between the beams and columns in layers.

(4) Use a plasma cutting machine or wrench shears to cut the corners. The margin when cutting and laying out should be controlled within 5mm. Measures should be taken when pouring concrete to prevent slurry leakage.

(5) The connection between the floor decking board and the side panels of the floor decking board is pressed using bite pliers, so that the single floor decking boards are connected into a whole board. First, spot weld the sides of the floor decking, then fix the two ends, and finally fix it with bolts.

(6) Strengthen concrete maintenance.
